Through film, stillness, conversation, and deep attention, the work invites something true to be seen and spoken.
My work, in collaboration with Nic Askew and David Levy, is to bring a leadership and integration lens to this experience.
As an organizational psychologist, executive coach, facilitator, and former senior leader, I help bridge what is revealed through Inner View into the lived practice of leadership, supporting participants as they explore how insight becomes action, presence becomes practice, and discovery becomes a more conscious way of leading.
Because meaningful insight does not end in the moment it arrives...
It asks to be integrated. It asks to be lived.
It asks to shape how we lead, relate, communicate, decide, and serve.

Through the Inner View process, Nic uses the camera not to direct, perform, or extract a story, but to create the conditions for something essential to become visible.
His work invites people beyond explanation and into encounter.
