For more than two decades, Christopher Smith has been an Organizational Change Agent, Working primarily in the healthcare space. he has helped clients transform by helping deliver organizational change, cultural renewal and leadership development.
Mr. Smith engages at all levels of client organizations to influence the demonstration of the aspirational behaviors that better streamline operational initiatives towards extraordinary performance and better business outcomes. Prior, Mr. Smith represented professional services firms including BearingPoint, PwC, and Booz Allen Hamilton.
He lives with his family in Arlington, VA, where he is also an experienced youth soccer coach.
