Randy Chittum

Randy has more than thirty years of experience coaching and developing leaders.  He has done this work as both an external coach and consultant and has served for nine years as the Vice President of Leadership Development for a publicly-traded company.  Dr. Chittum has also taught at Georgetown for more than twenty years in the business school and the Institute for Transformational Leadership.  He is interested in our evolving understanding of complexity and how mindfulness can serve as an enabling capacity for dealing with increasing complexity.

Education and Training: 

Randy earned his Ph.D. from the University of Northern Colorado.  He has professional certifications in organizational development and navigating polarities, both from Georgetown University.  He is certified to administer numerous assessments including the Leadership Circle 360, the CCL 360 by Design, the Hogan Suite, Leadership Agility, and more.
