Kimberley believes that great teams are at the root of business results and great leaders use the power of their leadership to fuel, not frustrate the effectiveness of teams. She partners with leaders to establish shared vision, build collaborative practices, and enhance team trust that enables teams to reach higher levels of performance and results.
Kimberley has coached leaders across a broad spectrum of industries including financial services, tech, education, and health & human services. She has often been sought out to partner with leaders on establishing leadership vision, transitioning from individual contributor to delivering through others, building and leading high performing teams, and navigating organizational tensions and cultures.
When she’s not working with clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and toddler son.
Education and Training:
Kimberley received her leadership and team coaching certifications from Georgetown University and is certified in team coaching by Corentus. She completed her undergraduate studies in Business Management and Computer Information Systems at Georgia Southern University and holds her Master’s Degree in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University.
