Frank Ball

For more than twenty years, Frank has helped both leaders and leadership teams to increase their leadership capacity within their organizations. Frank provides 1:1 coaching, organization development consulting, and management training/development. Prior to beginning his professional practice, Frank was a leader in a number of organizations across various sectors and has led organizational units with as many as 800 employees.  In addition to his professional practice, Frank has been an adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University for more than twenty years—teaching in Organization Development, Change, Management, Leadership Coaching, and Transformational Leadership Certificate Programs. 

Frank and his wife, Nancy, have two daughters and four grandchildren who live nearby which keeps them busy with practices, games, recitals, concerts and vacations.  In addition to spending a lot of his free time on family activities, when on his own, Frank enjoys reading, music and personal finance.

Education and Training:

Frank holds degrees from Davidson College (Economics and Business Administration) and The George Washington University (Business Financial Management) as well as two graduate certificates from Georgetown University (Organization Development and Financial Planning).  He is certified to administer a number of 360 and other leadership-related instruments including The Leadership Circle Profile, the Hogan, OPM 360 and others.
