Emily Grandinetta

Emily specializes in attitude and behavior change at the individual and team level. With 15 years’ experience as a coach and consultant, Emily works in all sectors including commercial, government and non-profit; across many industries. She has held executive roles in large companies and managed her own private practice. Emily is a widely published thought leader on the impact of culture on leadership, and author of “Field Tested: Recruiting, Managing & Retaining Veterans” (AMACOM 2012).

When coaching individuals and teams, Emily values the use of assessments in setting evidence-based goals and aspirations with clients. She has a successful track record with high-performing and blocked clients/teams, meeting them wherever they are and charting a pragmatic course for growth. Education and Training:

Emily holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavioral Science from Johns Hopkins University. She has a certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and is credentialed by the International Coaching Federation at the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level. She is trained and certified in several assessments including: Leadership Circle Profile, Hogan Leadership Assessments, Accenture’s Personality & Leadership Profile, EQ Profile, Korn Ferry 360 and MBTI (advanced); and also uses StrengthsFinder, Birkman 360, and Behavioral Insights Assessment.
