Irma Magadan

In her coaching work, Irma Magadan draws on decades as an executive at ExxonMobil. Beyond her expertise managing large, global teams in accounting, credit, corporate governance, and internal audit, over the course of her career she became an expert at navigating transitions in multicultural environments. Working in several countries taught Irma to quickly come up-to-speed in new roles, adjust as needed to thrive in the local culture, and at the same time hold
onto her values and authentic leadership style. As a coach, she supports leaders at all levels looking to expand their impact. She has particular expertise with global organizations and speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Education and Training:

Irma holds a Master’s of Global Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Phoenix, Arizona, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Loyola Marymount in Los Angeles, California. Her Executive Coaching Certification is from Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
