Strategic Cohort Selection

Moderate Size, with Scalability: Groupings developed for each cohort (~12 participants) and learning circle (6–8 participants)—while enabling large-scale participation, if desired, through concurrent cohort engagement

Peer Relationships: Consistent level of hierarchy within learning circles—and potentially across the full cohort—to reduce power differentials and increase psychological safety

 

Clear Success Criteria: Targeting individuals most likely to benefit from the experience (those who have demonstrated open-mindedness, self-awareness, receptivity to feedback, etc.)
