Allie Wilkinson
Allie has spent over 20 years helping organizations, teams, and leaders create change. She works with leaders to discover different ways of thinking and operating to thrive in today’s uncertain environments. She brings a curiosity, warmth, and boldness to her coaching—to define where her clients want to go, why it matters to them and what may be getting in the way. When patterns and perspectives shift, her clients create new possibilities for growth—and ultimately, better results.

Allie has coached leaders and teams in the financial services, pharma and life sciences, government, healthcare, higher education, technology, and non-profit industries. She has extensive experience accelerating team effectiveness—through facilitation, consulting and coaching and has partnered with clients at all levels from CEOs to emerging leaders.

As a former corporate executive, Allie held senior leadership roles in organizational development, communications, management consulting, and strategy at the Advisory Board Company and Blue Cross Blue Shield—she brings her deep understanding of the interior world of complex organizations to her work.

Allie lives in Greater Boston with her husband and two sons who remind her daily to find the extraordinary in the ordinary. In open spaces of time, Allie can be found on her yoga mat, in her garden, or on a mountain.
Education & Training:
Allie is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation and received her coaching certification at Georgetown University. She is a certified team coach through Corentus, Inc. and is trained to use several assessment tools, including The Leadership Circle and the Predictive Index (PI). Allie is also on the faculty for Linkage’s Women in Leadership Institute. She received a BS with distinction in Human Development at Cornell University and an MBA at Northeastern University.
